When the weather is warmer, I always like to buy things and add an extra pizazz to my Summer wardrobe. However, it can be challenging to find the right items that won't completely kill your bank account. The key is to spend no more than $100 on key items during May-August. Then once you've completely worn the item to shreds at the end of the season, it is ok to purge. I've gathered up a collection of awesome and unique items for Summer all under $100.

Ansel Elgort

Ansel Elgort's name and face look familiar, right? He first rose to fame in 2014, with his heart-wrenching performance in the teenage romantic flick The Fault In Our Stars. The film made us all fall in love with his adorable smile, wit, and of course acting chops. Get ready folks, because you are about to fall deeper in love with this American actor. He just added another talent to his resume - musician. His debut single "Home Alone" has me boppin' my head like none other and I just had to share. Electronic, dubstep, and arpeggiated beats are just some elements that make this jam swoon-worthy. Check it out for yourself below.

Clog It Up

Clog It Up

Over the past few years, the fashion world has seen a mirage of different decades from the past resurface. The 1990's are having an ultimate comeback this Summer with Birkenstocks, overalls, and crop tops making major appearances. However there is a footwear statement from the 1970s (and even early '90s) that has taken the fashion world by storm - clogs! Not going to lie, I owned a pair in middle school and I am about ready to purchase another this season. They used to only come in a handful of colors and styles. However, these days, it seems that every fashion house is going after the trend in a plethora of colors, patterns, silhouettes and heights. Check out my nine favorite styles. I've got my eyes on the polka dot beauties. What about you?

Betty Who

It's been over two years since Betty Who has dazzled us with her pop goodness. Although we will have to wait just a tad longer for her sophomoric release, she teased fans this past week with the ultimate gem. A cover of Donna Lewis' 1996 hit single "I Love You Always Forever". The singer stated that to her this song was about "loving someone unconditionally no matter what, and exploring the idea that love is unconditional no matter who you're loving, whether it's your dog or your mother or your best friend or boyfriend or girlfriend or husband." With all the chaos and tragedy going on in the world today, I find this song very fitting.  Love is love is love is love. Enjoy!

And We All Float On

As temperatures continue to rise, my newest obsession takes my love for donuts, chocolate covered pretzels, and Americana Ice Pops to a whole new level. Inflatable pool floats are the biggest trend this Summer - taking backyards and pools by storm. Even though I may be lacking in the backyard pool department, I am ready to join in on the fun. The squad and I are headed to the Hudson Valley in a few short weeks and I can't wait to pick up a couple fabulous floats for our Airbnb. The trouble I find, is that I want them ALL. Any help in narrowing down would be greatly appreciated. Go!

The 1975

I first raved about The 1975 back in 2013, their French pop sound had similarities to some of my favorite synth-induced artists like College and The Phoenix. Since dropping their debut album over three years ago, the band has been continuing to craft their unique sound. "Somebody Else" from their sophomoric album brings distinction, an iconic flare and an effervescent polish of early 1980's pop. Take a listen for yourself below and you will be boppin' your head in no time.
