Outstanding Outerwear

This past Saturday, I was not expecting the temperature to drop so drastically while Kacie and I were out walking Ruby. I couldn't wait to get back inside, light some candles, open a new book, and crawl under the covers for warmth. Specialty shops and department stores have been filled with outerwear since early August, but it was hard to gravitate towards anything with sleeves when the weather was so warm, until now.

But now that it is officially Fall, the next time I step out over the weekend, I'll be sure to dress more appropriately. When picking out a coat for the Fall, I always gravitate towards rich blues, greens, patterns, and/or textures. I never settle for anything ordinary, it has to be different. Besides, as a New Yorker, you can never own too many coats. Am I right?
